Marked in ink on ffly: April 7/66 Complimentary Copy For Don ........Binding: quarter leather Burgundy red over board, with handmade marbleized paper of olive green base with red/yellow/bronze swirls, same as free end papers; paste downs red paper. Green repeated in leather title label on spine with gold title; red leather also framing the fore edge of cover. Bound by M. Soteriades. Photo on request.
