Presentation copy with full page dedication on ffep, and signed by the author and the illustrator, dated Feb. 16, 1953. Print and drawings in green ink, gilt titles. Green cloth over board, dw with colour illustration. Laid in a bilingual Nahuatl/English reminiscence of the author's time in Tepoztlan/Morelos. Enclosed also foldout tourist pamphlets on Mexico from the 50s.
Paper is age browned; darker vertical stripes from the glue bleeding through cloth. Dust jacket with wear at edges, partial light foxing or soiling on flaps. Generally v.g. copy.
